1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro
The black and gloss gunmetal Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive mop and robot vacuum combos available. It uses lidar for navigation and creates maps of rooms and floors.
The S1 was capable of mapping my downstairs quickly, which comprises flooring in the kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms and a large rugs and a medium-pile. It was able to drive right up to walls without colliding with them, and even managed to cross thresholds that were raised in the room without problem, although it sometimes struggled to get down the stairs in one move. The S1 also did a great job of cleaning hard floors with its mop that moved effortlessly on its flat side against the floor and lifting its own weight when it reaches carpet or rug.
The docking station of the S1 automatically empties its trash bin and replenishes its water tank onboard with clean, ozonated water before every mopping session. The dock adds a deep-cleaning solution for the water. The S1's water tank holds enough for about a dozen cleaning sessions before needing to be cleaned, although this can vary based the amount you use the mop.
The S1 requires periodic maintenance, just like any other 2-in-1 robots. To do this, you'll need to rinse out the dirty water tank regularly to keep it from becoming clogged. You'll also need to clean the swivel wheels and sensors frequently to avoid them from becoming clogged with dirt or dust. Overall, the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.
2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
Ecovacs all-in-one robotic vacuum and mop provides an effective solution to your cleaning needs. Its navigation abilities are also quite good, though it could get stuck on small area mats and rugs in my home (which you can mitigate by creating virtual boundaries within the app). Its mopping capabilities are also very good with a pair of spinning mop heads that can lift and scrub the floor instead of drag the pad across it. The mops can also be cleaned using heated water and dried in the basestation when needed. Mops are also refilled from the top of the base station as required.
3. Dreame X40 Ultra
Dreame launched the high-end X30 Ultra earlier this year, but their new flagship robot mop and vacuum has more impressive features. It boasts fantastic cleaning results and hands-off maintenance which makes it a strong contender for our best robot vacuum and mop list. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a long side brush will give you a thorough, customised clean.

The Q5 remains one of the most powerful vacuums and mopping robots we've ever seen in this price range even though it's not able to clean your floor. It has a powerful suction of 5500Pa and an auto-empty system, so you don't have to empty the bin by hand each time. It has a smart app that lets you schedule cleaning times and determine the floor type. It also features an automatic water tank filling and washing system that is hands-free.
Its mops are also awe-inspiring with 2700Pa of power to tackle dust, dirt, and pet hair on both hard floors and carpets. The Q5 was one of the few robots that we tested did not show problems with high-pile rugs and carpets. However, it could not handle kitty litter or cable tangles. This isn't surprising because it doesn't contain AI-powered obstacle avoidance.
5. K10 Plus
K10 Plus is the quietest robovac we have ever tested. It also has a unique mapping system that helps it reach tight corners and corners that other vacuums are unable to.
